- All contents of advertisement are subject to approval by the MCC. We reserve the right to refuse an ad that does not meet with our philosophy, policy or requirements, without giving any reason.
- Multicultural Council and/or its affiliated organizations, staff, management or web-designers shall not be liable for any errors or omissions, claim or damages for any errors, false-claims or for publishing or failing to publish any ad for any reason whatsoever and however caused.
- The Advertiser and/or its Agency (if applicable), each represents that it is fully authorized to publish the entire contents and subject matter contained in its ad, including (i) the names, portraits, and/or pictures of living persons; (ii) any copyrighted material; (iii) any testimonials or claims-being-made in any advertisement submitted to and published by the Multicultural Council in its website.
- Advertisers and their agencies, if applicable, expressly understand and agree to indemnify the Multicultural Council of America, Inc. (MCC) and its affiliates and withdraw any or all claims of liability, slander or false/misleading information that may be contained in your ad.
- MCC reserves the rights to delete any disputed ad in case the advertiser or its agency fails to resolve the disputes/issues within 30 days, without any claim for damages, compensation or refund of monies paid for the remaining period.
